Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for a high end, appointment based showroom Clearly and professionallymunicate the showroom's appointment policy to walk in and scheduled customers Manage customer sign ins, central appointment calendar, and customer job folders Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments for the sales team Answer and transfer iing calls in a pleasant, professional manner using a multi line phone system

Requirements:

3-5 years of in-person customer service Front desk, receptionist, office admin, or hospitality experience Confidence talking to customers face-to-face and on the phone This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch. Pay Details:
