Business casual Position Overview Adecco is seeking a dependable individual to provide short-term coverage for a residential products showroom in South Burlington, VT. This role is primarily focused on maintaining a professional showroom presence, keeping the space open for walk-in customers, and assisting with basic appointment request intake during a temporary staffing absence. This is a low-traffic environment with significant downtime, making it a great fit for someone reliable who isfortable working independently and maintaining a respectful, professional atmosp. Key Responsibilities Open and staff the showroom during scheduled hours Greet walk-in customers and ensure they feel weed Provide ed appointment request forms and ask customers to fill out their contact information Leavepleted forms on the designated desk for follow-up by showroom staff Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional showroom environment Serve as a visible, dependable on-site presence What This Role Does Not Include Noputer use No phone answering (phones will be transferred to another showroom) No handling of cash, credit cards, or checks No sales responsibilities Work Environment Customer traffic varies by day; many periods of downtime are expected Candidates may read a book or listen to podcasts (with headphones) during slow periods Showroom team members may be present intermittently: A showroom representative will be on-site periodically Installation and management staff are accessible as needed Qualifications Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently Professional demeanor and respectful of the showroom space Strong interpersonal skills for basic customer interaction
Pay Details:
