Warehouse Associate South Burlington, VT Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm 26-04401 Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and customer support. This role involves operating a forklift, preparing outbound shipments, receiving and stocking materials, and assisting customers at the counter and over the phone. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Job Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift to pull, move, and stage materials Prepare outbound orders by building, wrapping, and organizing pallets Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist customers at the counter with order pickup, questions, and support Answer incoming calls and provide order assistance or direct inquiries appropriately Perform order entry and research as needed Follow work orders and ensure accuracy in all tasks Support general warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Job Requirements Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience Minimum of 6 months of sit-down forklift experience Ability to read and understand work orders Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Teams Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Experience Experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory preferred Experience in plumbing, pipe, valve, fittings, or related distribution environments preferred but not required #ZR
