Showroom Receptionist Norwell, MA $25•28/hour DOE Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM•5:00 PM Join a Family-Owned Company with a Reputation for Excellence Since 1952, Snow and Jones, Inc. has been a trusted name in plumbing and heating distribution throughout the South Shore and Cape Cod. We are proud to provide exceptional products, knowledgeable service, and a welcoming showroom experience for our customers. We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Showroom Receptionist to join our Norwell team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, administrative support, and working in a fast-paced showroom environment. Responsibilities Customer Service & Front Desk Support Greet and welcome showroom customers in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system Serve as a point of communication between clients and warehouse staff Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment Monitor and replenish office and showroom supplies Administrative Duties Maintain open order reports for the sales team Manage calendars and appointments for Sales Associates Process customer returns, damage claims, and shipping issues Handle showroom payments and daily cash reconciliation Coordinate delivery scheduling with the Branch Manager Assist with warranty claims and showroom events as needed Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred Strong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skills Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus (training provided) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Benefits Competitive pay: $25•28/hour DOE Health and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Additional company benefits available If you're looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a respected family-owned company, we'd love to hear from you.
