Overview Looking for a contractor at piece rate to help finish a job in Milford, UT and future projects. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install various siding materials including vinyl, aluminum, fiber and cement with accuracy and attention to detail Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure proper installation aligning with project specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely to complete siding installations on time Prepare surfaces by cleaning, framing, or applying weather-resistant barriers to ensure optimal adhesion and longevity Perform heavy lifting of siding panels, trim pieces, and related materials while maintaining safety protocols Coordinate with team members on site to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to meet company standards and client expectations Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work, or exterior finishing projects with a focus on siding installation Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment effectively Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise installation Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material needs and project planning Familiarity with related trades such as carpentry, masonry, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, plumbing, restoration, tile laying, welding or remodeling is a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or on scaffolding for extended periods Experience working on construction sites with safety-conscious practices in place Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt schematics or plans as needed during installation We're looking for motivated professionals eager to build their expertise in siding installation while contributing to high-quality exterior projects.
