Sign Fabricator/Installer

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sign Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems on the fly, and delivering top‑notch installations. The ideal candidate will have welding experience and has a current low‑voltage certification . You'll play a key role in fabricating, assembling, and installing signage of all types—everything from illuminated channel letters to EMC's and custom builds. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair a variety of sign types (interior, exterior, illuminated, and non‑illuminated). Perform welding and other fabrication tasks as needed. Complete low‑voltage electrical connections for illuminated signage. Safely operate lifts, bucket trucks, and other installation equipment. Accurately read and interpret drawings, and spec sheets. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and project managers. Assist with shop fabrication when not on installation jobs. Qualifications Proven experience in sign installation or related field (required). Proficiency in welding. Experience with low‑voltage wiring (signage, lighting, or similar). Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor safely. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. What We Offer Competitive pay ($25-$30/hr, DOE).
