Sign Installation Technician / Fabricator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving ability and the aptitude to learn how to operate a wide variety of construction, welding, fabrication, and installation equipment used in the sign and graphics industry. This position involves hands-on work in both the shop and the field. Every project is different, so we need someone who can think independently, adapt quickly, and take pride in producing quality work. Experience is valuable, but work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn are just as important. Responsibilities Include Fabrication and assembly of interior and exterior signage Operating construction, welding, and fabrication equipment Assisting with sign installations in the field Reading measurements, layouts, and installation specifications Troubleshooting installation and fabrication challenges Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Working with a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally What We're Looking For Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly and work independently Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and physical labor Ability to adapt and figure things out in real-world situations Positive attitude and strong work ethic A Class A Commercial Driver's License is Required Preferred but Not Required Welding or fabrication experience Construction or equipment operation experience Sign industry experience

Important:

This is not a repetitive production-line position. The sign industry requires individuals who can understand concepts, adapt to different situations, and solve problems as they arise. Training will be provided, but the right candidate must be capable of learning continuously and applying common sense in the field and shop.
