Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (state and/or national certification preferred) Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with strong expressive and receptive skills Previous experience interpreting in a school or educational setting Ability to facilitate clear communication between deaf/hard-of-hearing students, staff, and peers Adaptability to varying classroom settings (one-on-one, small group, or large group environments) Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Collaborative team player with a passion for fostering accessible learning
Responsibilities:
