Sign Shop Assistant / Vehicle Wrap Installer

Overview Brand V is hiring a sign shop assistant to support production, installs, and vehicle wraps. This is not a passive role. You'll be working with your hands daily—building, installing, wrapping, and problem-solving. If you already know how to wrap vehicles or do window tinting, you move to the front of the line. If not, we'll train the right person—but you need to show up capable, reliable, and willing to learn fast. What You'll Be Doing Assisting in fabrication and installation of signage Installing vinyl graphics, wall wraps, and vehicle wraps Window tinting (preferred experience) Operating hand tools and shop equipment Preparing materials (cutting, trimming, applying, finishing) Loading/unloading materials and job site setup Working on ladders, lifts, and job sites across the region Maintaining a clean, organized shop Supporting print production (banners, POP, signage) What We Actually Need (Non-Negotiable) Can read a tape measure correctly Good with your hands — this is a physical job Can lift 50-80 lbs regularly Comfortable on ladders and job sites Shows up on time and works without constant supervision Valid driver's license Strong Advantages (Not Required, But Matter) Vehicle wrap installation experience Window tinting experience Sign shop or print shop background Basic carpentry or fabrication skills Familiarity with tools (drills, levels, saws, etc.) Welding (we can train, but prior experience helps) What You'll Learn Vehicle wrapping and advanced vinyl application Sign fabrication and installation systems Print production workflows Basic welding and fabrication Large-scale project execution Work Environment Shop + field work (not a desk job) Projects change constantly — you won't be doing the same thing every day Small, fast-moving team — no dead weight

Schedule Preferred:

Monday-Friday mornings/daytime Flexible for the right candidate (part-time or full-time) Pay Based on experience and skill level Higher pay for candidates with wrap/tint experience Who This Is For Someone who wants to learn a trade, build real skills, and work on visible projects—vehicles, buildings, branding installs.
