Single Family Drywall Field Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Manage and allocate resources effectively
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
• Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and development opportunities
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and safety records
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the construction industry as a Field Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Solid understanding of reading schematics and blueprints
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions
• Must have a Pickup truck.
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual
• Spanish is a must.

Qualifications:

• Some experience preferred in either drywall or any other construction trade.
• Management, resource allocation, time allotment, computer/tech, and administrative skills.
• Hard-working, persistent, and willing and able to learn something new every day.
• Able to lift 25-50lbs regularly throughout the day.
