All staff members are expected to uphold and represent this mission in their conduct and client interactions. Position Summary The Site Coordinator ensures that the center runs smoothly, safely, and welcoming during designated hours when the Executive Director is not present. This role is the on-site anchor of daily operations — opening the building, supporting clients, managing routine administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional, organized environment consistent with our mission. This is a non-supervisory, non-managerial role focused on routine operational continuity. The Site Coordinator follows established procedures and escalates all non-routine decisions to the Executive Director. This structure allows the role to be carried out with confidence and clarity. Key Responsibilities On-Site Coverage Serve as the primary on-site staff member during assigned hours Open and close the building and set/unset the security alarm following established procedures Ensure at least one other approved staff member or volunteer is present per schedule at all times, in conjunction with the Two-Person Policy. Administrative & Client Support Welcome and support women who visit the center in a respectful, mission-consistent manner Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally Schedule client appointments according to established guidelines Enter client information accurately into the center's database Flag office maintenance needs to the Executive Director Volunteer & Schedule Support Confirm volunteer and staff attendance prior to assigned shifts Contact volunteers directly to address no-shows; escalate to the Executive Director as needed Report scheduling conflicts or concerns promptly Facility & Office Support Maintain tidy, organized, and welcoming reception and common areas Monitor basic office supplies and notify the Executive Director when restocking is needed Qualifications Alignment with and commitment to the organization's Christian mission and pro-life values Reliable, punctual, and able to manage the center independently during assigned hours Strong organizational skills and professional communication Sound judgment in handling routine matters and knowing when to escalate Basic computer and data entry skills
