Job Summary:

We are seeking a leader with strong financial acumen and a background in healthcare facilities to guide the delivery of quality facility management services. Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct plant operations teams ensuring maintenance, financial, safety, and regulatory compliance programs are performed efficiently. Make decisions based on a deep understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices while maintaining compliance with relevant agreements and regulations. Monitor operational facilities spend, track performance trends, and recommend action plans for areas below established standards. Provide oversight of vendor activities, ensure staff training, and maintain building systems to meet all applicable state, federal, and local requirements.

Required:

5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience in healthcare or similar regulated environments. Proven managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities, preferably in matrixed organizations with both technical and administrative staff. Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/work order systems. Relevant certifications such as CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager), CPMM (Certified Plant Maintenance Manager), CFM (Certified Facility Manager), or other related credentials due to the nature of the position.
