Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our property. The ideal candidate will have a background in a retail management and customer service, ensuring the smooth running of our site.

Duties:

• Run day-to-day operations of the site, including employee management, resolving customer issues, scheduling, and communication with maintenance crews if anything needs to be fixed
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and regulations
• Conduct routine inspections of the equipment to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
• Resolve customer conflicts and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Utilize software systems like microsoft teams and excel for efficient management
• Oversee preventative maintenance to ensure quality and timely completion

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential
• Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
