Site Manager Data Center Project

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Site Managers for immediate hire in Reno, Nevada . Long-term opportunity supporting a large-scale data center project overseeing multiple buildings with strong growth potential.

PAY:

$28-$33/hr. (based upon experience)

HOURS:

Expected shifts will be 8-hour days starting at 6:30 AM

SCHEDULE

Expected work will be Monday-Friday; approximately 40+ hours/week

Site Manager Job Description:

Provide day-to-day coordination and support across a multi-building data center jobsite. This role focuses on assisting field operations, managing logistics, organizing manpower, and maintaining documentation to ensure project efficiency and progress. Qualifications for

Site Manager:

• Experience supporting field operations, logistics, scheduling, and coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage documentation, reporting, and subcontractor coordination
• OSHA 30 preferred (OSHA 10 required to access site)
• Must have valid driver's license and last 4 of SSN for site access
• Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
• Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, walking, coordination of jobsite activities, and working in an active construction environment Additional Requirements for

Site Manager:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
• Depending on assignment, applicants may be subject to pre-employment drug screen and background screening
