ASAP Site Manager I. Position Summary The Site Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and executing all facility maintenance-related activities to ensure client expectations and client operational goals are achieved. This role oversees soft service delivery, manages client relationships at the site level, and supports corporate projects as needed. The Site Manager coordinates and supervises work performed by facility maintenance contractors and client employees while serving as the primary point of contact at the facility. This position is responsible for fostering a workplace culture aligned with client values and developing strategies that improve facility reliability, operational efficiency, and safety performance. Occasional travel is required. II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Administer the CMMS system to ensure timely completion of facility maintenance tasks Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and service delivery Build and maintain client relationships to understand operational objectives and recommend improvements that enhance facility productivity, service quality, and overall results Model company and client policies and procedures while identifying and resolving issues in a collaborative environment Evaluate buildings, equipment, assets, and processes to ensure compliance with company and customer standards Partner with the corporate project team to support proposals, scope of work development, and project execution Follow up on punch list items and provide project feedback Provide input and feedback for scheduled subcontractor performance reviews Promote environmental health and safety initiatives by adhering to safety practices, investigating concerns, and recommending corrective actions III. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required Must be 21 years of age or older
