Job Description

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager (SPM) to lead daily onsite execution for large-scale industrial and mission critical construction projects. The Site Project Manager is the senior onsite leader responsible for project execution, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, safety, quality, client communication, and overall field performance. This role works closely with the Home Office PM while leading field operations and ensuring the project stays aligned with schedule, budget, and client expectations. The ideal candidate has strong field leadership experience, understands complex construction sequencing, and is comfortable operating in high-pressure project environments. Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Execution Lead day-to-day onsite project operations and field coordination Manage subcontractors, workforce planning, resource allocation, and productivity Ensure materials, tools, and information stay ahead of field operations Drive schedule execution and field accountability Project & Contract Management Become highly familiar with project contracts, scope, and specifications Identify project impacts and coordinate proper notifications Support change order management and project documentation Assist with forecasting and cost-to-complete updates Schedule & Project Controls Manage schedule utilization and maintain schedule accuracy Coordinate with project controls and field teams regarding progress and impacts Lead schedule review discussions and support recovery planning efforts Client, Safety & Quality Management Serve as primary onsite interface with client and GC teams Attend and lead project meetings as required Maintain strong safety culture and perform regular site walks Coordinate quality control processes, turnover requirements, and rework management Coordination & Communication Coordinate closely with BIM, procurement, project controls, and field supervision Support internal reporting and weekly update meetings Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders Qualifications 7+ years of construction project management or field leadership experience Strong background in industrial, electrical, mission critical, or large commercial construction Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and field operations Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced project environments Experience with project controls, scheduling, and construction documentation preferred Why Join Us Opportunity to lead major industrial and mission critical projects Strong long-term growth opportunity High-impact leadership role Competitive compensation and benefits

$65.00 - $70.00 per hour
