Seven Years(July 2025 - April 2032) Job Purpose The primary purpose of this position is to manage the day-to-day aspects of safety on the construction site and help prevent safety mishaps, in addition to managing any incident, accident, or environmental breach that may occur. This position also may include basic safety training responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities Manage on-site environmental, health and safety risks, including subcontractors; Mitigate incidents, accidents, near miss, or environmental concerns as they arise; Exercise good judgment and clear communication skills when making decisions regarding a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors, visitors and clients on site; Oversee and lead basic site trainings and toolbox talks, as necessary; Work with the On-Site Construction Safety Manager & EH&S Director to mediate any environmental or safety issues that arise between the job owner or any other affiliated parties; Effectively communicate and coordinate site safety requirements with all employees, subcontractors, visitors, and clients; Enforce job-specific safety rules and maintain a safe working environment; Safely execute all job responsibilities; and Follow all job site safety rules and wear proper PPE at all times. Qualifications Valid Driver's License (required) Minimum 4-5 years of safety experience in the construction industry (required) Bachelor's degree in environmental or safety-related field (preferred)

OSHA 500/502

(required) First Aid/CPR Certification, Trainer Certification (required) Project Requirements Required to be on-site daily (Some Saturday work, NO Sunday work) Valid Driver's License Must be willing to submit to and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Working Conditions This is an outside position, where working conditions may vary depending on the weather and may include extreme hot or cold outside temperatures and moderate precipitation. This position also directly manages a number of employees, requiring good communication skills, patience, and an ability to lead.
