We're looking for passionate professionals to help us build something extraordinary from the ground up. Position Overview Roboptic is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to lead all physical security operations at our Hutto, TX facility. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for protecting our people, technology, intellectual property, and equipment while establishing a world-class security program at our new operations site. You'll work alongside world-class engineers and operations leaders at a brand-new facility, with real impact from day one. What You'll Do Oversee daily security operations, including guard supervision, access control, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management Implement and maintain security systems — access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and perimeter security — in coordination with IT and facilities teams Develop and enforce site-wide security policies and procedures to protect personnel, assets, and proprietary AI and robotics technology Conduct routine risk assessments and vulnerability analyses; identify gaps and implement corrective actions Lead the site's emergency response program including fire drills, evacuations, crisis management, and incident investigations Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and contracted security vendors Manage on-site security personnel and vendor relationships; foster a security-first culture across all departments Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EHS, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations Support internal and external security and safety audits What You Bring 5+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or corporate security management experience Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and security infrastructure Proven ability to develop security policies, conduct risk assessments, and lead emergency response programs Experience coordinating with law enforcement, emergency responders, and security vendors Excellent communication and incident documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management platforms
