Site Shift Supervisor, Residential Transition

The Segue Residential Transition Program assists with helping individuals transition out of state psychiatric hospitals. Segue clients are clinically stable and ready to leave the hospital. The services provided assist clients with learning how to manage their illnesses and develop independent living skills.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday 2pm-10pm. What to expect. This is an opportunity to assist the program coordinator and director in overseeing services, staff, administration, and evaluation of the program. Your efforts will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and support clients in recovery.

Specific responsibilities include:

Participating in individual service planning for clients by assessing the provision of client health and resource management . Supporting the implementation of new and existing program services and quality improvement systems that evolve with the changing needs of clients. Providing the support, training, and structure needed to assure budget projections are being me What you'll get from us. What we need from you. A high school diploma or GED , bachelor's degree preferred. Two years of experience . A driver's license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle .
