About the Opportunity Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning Company is hiring a Site Supervisor to take full on-site leadership of a large, multi-phase post-construction apartment project in Naples, Florida. This is a make-or-break leadership role . The Site Supervisor is responsible for owning daily execution, crew management, documentation, quality control, and budget awareness across all post-construction phases: Rough Clean, Final Clean, and Puff (Touch-Up) Clean . This role is not for entry-level supervisors or assistants. It is intended for experienced project leaders who understand how to run multi-phase construction cleaning projects and who are comfortable being fully accountable for outcomes. The Site Supervisor is also expected to serve as Magic Touch's eyes and ears in the Naples market, helping identify future opportunities and protecting long-term relationships when this project is executed correctly. This role requires a high level of accountability, urgency, leadership, and problem-solving. The right candidate understands that excuses do not complete projects — leadership, organization, and execution do. Pay & Bonuses $20.00 per hour (starting pay) Performance-based bonuses available , tied directly to: Staying within direct labor budgets Controlling supply usage and waste Maintaining strong quality control with no GC callbacks Proper job pacing and production flow Accurate and consistent daily documentation Overall project organization and leadership effectiveness Work Schedule & Time Expectations Standard shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.

15-30 minutes before shift start Required close-out time: 15-30 minutes after shift end Some days may run longer based on project demands Some Saturdays required to stay on schedule Early arrival and post-shift time are mandatory and used for planning, inspections, reporting, and coordination. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Take full ownership of daily on-site operations Plan and manage workflow across multiple cleaning phases Coordinate crew assignments and production pacing Ensure project milestones and schedules are met Crew Management & Accountability Lead, manage, and hold accountable cleaning crews and assistant supervisors Enforce attendance, punctuality, performance, and professionalism Train and correct team members as needed Address issues immediately before they escalate Quality Control & Inspections Ensure all work meets inspection-ready standards Prevent re-clean issues and GC callbacks Maintain consistent quality across Rough, Final, and Puff phases Personally verify units before release when required Documentation & Reporting (Critical Responsibility) Ensure accurate daily documentation of completed work Review and verify photos, progress tracking, and reports Communicate production updates, risks, and delays promptly Documentation accuracy is non-negotiable and tied to accountability Budget Awareness & Resource Control Monitor labor efficiency and job pacing Control supply usage and prevent waste Flag issues that could impact budget or schedule Support leadership with clear, factual reporting Hands-On Leadership Expectations This is primarily a leadership and project management role, not a standard cleaning position. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations, managing crews, maintaining quality standards, documentation, pacing, and overall project execution. However, the Site Supervisor is ultimately responsible for ensuring the project stays on schedule and meets Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning Company's quality standards. That means the Site Supervisor must be willing to: Step in and assist crews when necessary Help resolve production bottlenecks or staffing shortages Support critical areas to keep phases moving on schedule Lead by example during high-pressure situations This role requires someone who understands that leadership means doing what is necessary to ensure the project is completed correctly, efficiently, and professionally.
