$23/hour ($34.50/hour for overtime) Position Overview Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate and reliable Sitter/Companions to provide non-clinical support under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role involves continuous observation and companionship for a 20-year-old patient with developmental disabilities. No direct patient care is required, as both an RN and CNA are present on-site. Key Responsibilities Provide continuous observation to ensure patient safety Redirect patient behavior verbally as needed Accompany the patient to appointments or tests Document behaviors and events in accordance with hospital policy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Communicate effectively with clinical staff Demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and respect toward patients, families, and staff Report safety concerns or malfunctioning equipment promptly

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Current CPR certification

Preferred:
