Experienced Ski Bootfitter:

Seasonal, Full-Time Start Haus Ski & Bike Shop is looking for an experienced Bootfitter to join our crew for the winter season! Here at Start Haus we are known for providing exceptional ski bootfitting for all ability levels—from elite racers to recreational skiers. We are seeking a seasoned and skilled bootfitter to become a key member of our team. As a bootfitter, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Listening to customers' needs and concerns to ensure they feel heard and valued. Guiding customers through our comprehensive two-hour fitting process with patience and expertise. Customizing boots to ensure a perfect fit, which includes punching, grinding, and crafting custom footbeds. Answering questions and providing knowledgeable advice to help customers make informed decisions. Previous ski bootfitting experience is required. A meticulous attention to detail is a must for this role.
