Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client is seeking a skilled Ski Lift Mechanic to join a premier mountain resort operation in New Hampshire. This is a year-round, full-time opportunity supporting the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of ski lifts and gondola systems within a dynamic resort environment. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and experience working with hydraulic, diesel, mechanical, or electrical systems. Ski Lift Mechanic Benefits Significant overtime opportunities $1,000 sign-on bonus Medical, dental, and vision benefits PTO accrual based on hours worked 401(k) and additional company benefits Ski and resort-related associate perks Year-round full-time stability Ski Lift Mechanic Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of relevant mechanical or maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude required Experience with small engines, diesel engines, hydraulic systems, or low-voltage electrical systems preferred Previous ski lift or mountain operations experience strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to work safely in outdoor mountain environments year-round Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Ski Lift Mechanic Preferred Background & Skills Ski resort or mountain operations maintenance Industrial maintenance or heavy mechanical repair Lift mechanic or gondola maintenance experience Diesel or hydraulic repair backgrounds Electrical troubleshooting experience Preventative maintenance systems knowledge Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Stable career progression and strong tenure preferred Additional Information This is a year-round role supporting lift operations and preventative maintenance programs across a major mountain resort environment. Overtime is common throughout the year, particularly during ski season. Candidates coming from ski resorts, industrial maintenance, heavy equipment, diesel mechanics, or similar technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
