Salary $70,000 - $85,000, adjusted based on experience

Job Summary:
The Retail Senior Manager is a senior leader responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations and the eCommerce business, with a primary focus on leading, coaching, and developing a team of managers. This role ensures alignment across all channels, builds leadership capability at every level, and drives consistent execution of strategy, culture, and performance standards across the organization. Responsible for ordering and distribution of resort uniforms.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to: Lead Leaders (Manager Oversight) Directly manage and coach a team of store managers, distribution center, buying office and eCommerce/merchandising leaders Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards across all locations Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning with each manager Identify high-potential talent and build succession plans for key roles Ensure consistency in leadership approach, communication, and decision-making across all locations Build a High-Performance Leadership Culture Set the tone for a guest-first, results-driven, and team-oriented culture Develop leadership capabilities in others (coaching, delegation, conflict resolution, decision-making) Foster collaboration between retail departments and other resort departments Lead through peak seasonal demands with clarity, structure, and strong communication Drive Accountability & Results Through Managers Translate company goals into clear, measurable objectives for each manager Hold managers accountable for sales, payroll, inventory, and guest experience NPS Use data and performance insights to guide coaching conversations and business decisions Ensure managers are effectively leading their own teams and developing future leaders Organize and submit safety training for Retail department. All other duties as assigned
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of retail leadership experience, with direct oversight of multiple managers Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams Strong financial and operational acumen Experience in multi-unit and omnichannel retail environments Must have valid driver's license
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
