- Plan and implement a talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
- Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns including; crafting strategies, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, and measuring results.
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community.
- Coordinate and advertise promote recruiting events.
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like virtual and on-site career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Generate monthly updates for organization's leadership about on upcoming talent acquisition marketing initiatives.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition marketing metrics.
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.
- Research marketing and advertising trends in the recruiting industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

24 weeks Week 1-2 Orientation & Fundamentals Understand Maximus, recruitment marketing basics, and core concepts Week 3-22 Campaign Planning & Execution Support planning and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns Week 3-22 Content & Creative Collaboration Assist in developing marketing content and campaign assets Week 3-22 Digital Advertising Platforms Gain hands-on experience with digital and social advertising platforms Week 3-22 Email Nurtures Support creation and execution of nurture campaigns Week3-22 Recruitment Event Promotion Support promotion of hiring events across channels Week 3-22 Performance & Analytics Learn tracking, reporting, and performance measurement Week 3-22 Optimization & Testing Assist in campaign optimization and A/B testing Week 3-22 Stakeholder Collaboration Work with recruiters and cross-functional partners Week 3-22 Career Website Support Assist with landing pages and career site updates Week 3-22 New Platforms & Tools Explore and support new tools and platforms Week 3-22 Compliance & Brand Consistency Ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards Week 3-22 Industry Research trends and competitive insights Week 3-22 Continuous Improvement Identify and propose improvements Week 23-24 Wrap-Up & Transition Final review, documentation, and program evaluation \#veteranspage #C0reJobs #LI-Remote #DODSkillBridge #SkillBridgeTAM Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
