Skilled Framer Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks that form the foundation of various building projects. Your expertise will ensure structures are built to precise specifications, safe, durable, and visually appealing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial metal buildings to residential remodels, utilizing your extensive carpentry and construction skills to bring architectural visions to life. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing projects. Erect metal buildings and install metal stud framing with precision and efficiency. Construct concrete forms and assist with rebar installation to prepare for pouring foundations and slabs. Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely to move materials around the job site. Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, assemble, and install framing components including wood, metal, siding, and trim. Apply finishing techniques such as roofing, and siding installation to ensure quality craftsmanship. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in frame carpentry with a strong background in new construction, remodeling, roofing, and siding. Skilled in concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, and masonry work. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; knowledge of construction management is a plus. Ability to operate power tools, heavy equipment, welding equipment, and other specialized construction machinery safely. Familiarity with restoration work and remodeling projects is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites; physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights. Pay:
