Skilled Helper/ Laborer

Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools and supplies Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters and masons by handing tools, materials, and supplies as needed Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision to perform tasks like cutting, drilling, or assembling components Help with the installation of fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other building elements according to project specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling equipment Qualifications Previous experience working on construction sites or in related labor roles is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures on construction sites Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for various trades such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, or masonry Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Strong communication skills and the ability to follow Certifications Join our team today and be part of a vibrant workplace where your efforts directly contribute to building lasting structures!
