About the Role We are currently hiring compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide in-home care services to clients in the Ocean City area. This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about supporting individuals with daily living needs while promoting independence and dignity. What You'll Do Assist with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) Monitor and report changes in client condition Record vital signs and document care accurately Support medication routines as directed Provide care for clients with dementia or memory-related conditions Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Safely use mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts Offer companionship and emotional support What We're Looking For Active HHA certification or CNA license First Aide CPR certification required Experience in home care or similar settings preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a home setting Compassionate and patient-centered approach
