Job description Description Sea Rocket Water Adventures is excited to announce an opening for a Management Internship for the summer of 2026 in Ocean City. This full-time, on-site internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in the leisure and travel industry to gain hands-on experience in management while working in a vibrant coastal environment. As a Management Intern, you will have the chance to assist in the daily operations of our water adventure services, contributing to our mission of providing unforgettable experiences for our guests. This role will allow you to work closely with our management team and learn about various aspects of our business, from customer service to logistics and team coordination. We provide a competitive salary for this internship, ensuring that you are rewarded for your hard work and dedication throughout the summer season. Responsibilities Assist in daily operations and management tasks Support the planning and execution of water adventure activities Engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery Help maintain safety standards and operational guidelines Participate in staff training and development sessions Monitor inventory and assist with supply management Collect and analyze guest feedback for continuous improvement Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field Strong interest in the leisure and travel industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service is a plus
