Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Deliver vital physical assistance, including safe client transfers utilizing Hoyer lifts and other assistive mobility devices. Provide compassionate memory care support to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's. Assist with full personal care routines, prioritizing client comfort during bathing, grooming, and necessary brief adjustments. Maintain a clean, safe environment through light housekeeping, specialized meal prep, and reliable transportation assistance. Observe, track, and report updates regarding client well-being to the care team.
Qualifications What We're Looking For:
A compassionate professional with solid experience managing memory care and physical mobility challenges (Hoyer lifts). Strong reliability and being on time is a absolute MUST. Requires proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., a valid driver's license with auto insurance, a reliable vehicle, and passing a background check. Why Join Us?
