Youth Pastor

Job Summary TBD Duties Plan, organize, and lead youth group meetings, retreats, and special events that promote spiritual growth and community engagement. Deliver compelling sermons, teachings, and presentations tailored to the interests and needs of youth audiences. Provide mentorship and Christian counseling to youth facing personal or spiritual struggles, including bereavement support and crisis intervention. Foster a safe space for open dialogue on faith, life issues, and moral questions while managing conflicts with sensitivity and conflict management skills. Collaborate with parents, church staff, and community organizations to develop outreach initiatives that expand youth participation. Lead volunteer teams in event planning, youth activities, and service projects that encourage leadership development. Offer guidance on crisis management situations affecting youth members with professionalism and compassion. Skills Strong public speaking and presentation skills to effectively communicate biblical teachings. Excellent communication skills to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds. Proven leadership abilities to motivate and mentor young people while managing group dynamics. Skilled in event planning to organize retreats, camps, workshops, and outreach programs. Experience in crisis intervention and crisis management to support youth during difficult times. Knowledge of Christian counseling principles combined with empathy for bereavement support needs. Ability to handle conflict management constructively while fostering a respectful environment. Writing skills for creating engaging lesson plans, devotional materials, and outreach content. Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
