Basic Duties Rough Carpentry skills needed for general construction Take direction from Superintendent to complete moderately skilled tasks Work well with others as a team in a respectful way Clean up on jobsites Basic problem-solving skills to adjust for jobsite conditions Willingness to learn and try new things Bonus Skills Concrete forming/finishing Heavy Equipment operation (skid steer, mini-x) Ability to shoot grade Able to read blueprints

OSHA 10, OSHA 30
