Skilled Laborer/CNC Operator a plus

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Laborer with CNC Operator experience being a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various manual and CNC machines as well as precision measuring instruments to rework and manufacture tooling components. You will also perform material handling/cutting and assembly tasks using hand tools and cutting/measuring equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, fraction tape measure reading skills, and experience working in a fast-paced factory environment. Responsibilities Operate manual and CNC machinery such as manual/CNC lathes and mills to produce parts according to specifications Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure quality control Handle materials safely within the shop environment Perform basic math calculations for measurements, tolerances, and production adjustments while maintaining safety standards Have an eye for detail and great dexterity Experience Factory, manufacturing or assembly facility experience CNC experience a plus, job training provided Ability to operate forklifts safely with certification preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude Strong attention to detail with proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers Join our team if you're eager to develop your skills in a fast-moving manufacturing environment where your expertise will make a real impact! Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
