Our portfolio includes student housing communities, commercial properties, and a high-end design studio. We are looking for a mid-level trades professional with hands-on experience in carpentry and plumbing, who takes pride in quality workmanship and is seeking a long-term role with a stable and growing company. Position Overview This role is ideal for a technician who has developed solid trade skills and is ready to take ownership of maintenance projects, troubleshoot issues independently, and contribute to maintaining high standards across our properties. Core Responsibilities
Carpentry:
Interior repairs, trim work, door installation and adjustments Drywall installation, patching, and finishing General structural and cosmetic repairs
Plumbing:
Diagnosing and repairing leaks, clogs, and fixture issues Replacing and installing plumbing components (faucets, toilets, disposals, etc.) Preventative maintenance and moisture control Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs Basic electrical diagnostics (outlets, switches, lighting) HVAC preventative maintenance and support Lock, door, and window repairs Unit turns and preparation for new tenants Seasonal exterior maintenance and cleanup Trash management and upkeep of common areas What We're Looking For 3-7 years of hands-on maintenance or skilled trade experience Strong working knowledge of carpentry and plumbing systems Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently Professional attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication skills and attention to detail Physical & Job Requirements Ability to lift 75-100 lbs Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Schedule & Work Environment
Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Mandatory participation in an on-call rotation Extended hours required during August turnover season Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate:
