Job Description

We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician - Level II - to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Improve equipment reliability by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance that reduces downtime and keeps manufacturing operations running efficiently. Strengthen workplace safety by following HSE procedures, using proper PPE, identifying hazards early, and helping create a culture where teammates look out for one another. Support higher product quality by completing work with precision, following process documentation, and conducting inspections that minimize defects and rework. Increase operational efficiency by troubleshooting equipment issues quickly, contributing to failure analysis, and helping reduce manufacturing constraints. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback into preventive maintenance systems and participating in TPM initiatives that improve processes and material flow. Maintain production readiness by repairing and maintaining industrial equipment using the correct tools, measuring devices, diagrams, and technical specifications. Promote a clean and organized manufacturing environment through strong housekeeping practices, machine cleaning, and disciplined work habits that improve safety and productivity. Build strong team performance by communicating effectively with operators, peers, and support staff while continuing to develop technical skills and participate in ongoing training opportunities. To be successful, you will need to consistently demonstrate the following:  Build strong working relationships by collaborating effectively with teammates, maintenance staff, operators, and support teams to achieve shared production and safety goals.  Communicate clearly and professionally so that information about equipment issues, repairs, safety concerns, and process improvements is understood by the right people at the right time.  Stay customer-focused by understanding how your work impacts production, quality, and delivery, and by helping ensure equipment performs reliably to support business needs.  Make sound decisions under pressure by assessing problems quickly, prioritizing safety and quality, and taking timely action to keep operations moving forward.  Develop self-awareness by being open to feedback, recognizing areas for growth, and continuously improving both technical and interpersonal skills.  Maintain a results-driven mindset by staying dependable, completing maintenance tasks efficiently, and consistently meeting performance expectations even during challenging situations.  Be adaptable and committed to learning by gaining experience with new equipment, troubleshooting methods, and manufacturing technologies while learning from both successes and mistakes.  Prioritize health and safety every day by identifying hazards, following safe work practices, and promoting an injury-free workplace through proactive safety behaviors.  Understand and apply controls safety practices by working safely around electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and incorporating proper procedures into every maintenance activity.  Strengthen your manufacturing knowledge by understanding production processes, implementing improvements, and contributing ideas that enhance efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts.  Value diverse perspectives and experiences by respecting different backgrounds, encouraging teamwork, and contributing to an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
