Job Description

Slot Technician Location:
St.
Jo Frontier Schedule:
Full-time, includes nights, weekends, and holidays At St. Jo Frontier, everyone knows your game. We are a friendly, close-knit team that takes care of our guests and each other. From exciting gaming to great food and genuine service, we are a favorite for locals and visitors. Join the team that keeps the fun running. What you will do Keep slot machines in top shape by diagnosing issues, adjusting settings, and replacing worn parts with basic hand tools. Test and bench-repair monitors and other slot components. Maintain casino electronics beyond slots as assigned. Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance. Respond to service calls on the floor and resolve minor guest concerns on the spot. Install, move, and remove slot machines and related equipment. Program or repair progressive systems and other electronic displays. Complete accurate logs and documentation to meet State and internal requirements. Follow all safety practices and comply with Missouri Gaming Commission rules and all applicable regulations. Other duties as assigned. What you bring Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license. Working knowledge of computers and basic electronics. Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a calm approach under pressure. Clear communication and a customer-first mindset. Professionalism and confidentiality. Teamwork and the ability to resolve conflicts in a respectful, diplomatic way. Knowledge of casino rules and regulations for slot operations. Formal training in slot repair or related electronics is preferred.
