Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity working with a supportive school team for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position serves an elementary-aged caseload and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners in a collaborative, welcoming environment. Bilingual Spanish skills are valued but not essential—enthusiastic professionals focused on student success are encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) School-based SLP experience, preferably with elementary populations Strong communication skills and dedication to collaborative service delivery Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, though not mandatory Ability to work 24-30 hours per week on a flexible contract basis
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students as outlined in their IEPs Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to develop and implement intervention plans Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and maintain thorough documentation Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, support IEP development, and contribute to a nurturing school culture Adapt therapy techniques to address diverse communication needs, cultural backgrounds, and learning styles
