Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference this school year as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in the greater Indianapolis area! This rewarding opportunity offers flexibility—choose between part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) to fit your lifestyle. You'll be assigned to one school, working alongside dedicated professionals to foster student success through direct intervention and communication support.
Qualifications:
Current Indiana Professional License and Educator Certification required Experience as a School Speech-Language Pathologist preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to varied student needs Strong commitment to helping children develop essential communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech therapy services to students within the assigned caseload (age group and caseload details to be determined) Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs supporting IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
