Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Step into an opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting the communication needs of elementary-aged students for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time position, located near La Mesa and Ramona City, CA, is looking for a skilled clinician ready to work in an educational environment, with a primary focus on elementary school caseloads. Candidates with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are welcome, and Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered if supervision can be provided.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Hold or be eligible for California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) highly preferred; open to Clinical Fellow Year (SLP-CFY) candidates with supervisory support available School-based experience preferred but not mandatory Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment plans for students with speech and language impairments Deliver therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, tailored to each student's IEP Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and advocate for student needs Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and complete required documentation in a timely manner Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a vital member of the educational team This position is ideal for a passionate SLP looking to play an essential role in students' academic and social growth.
