Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required. Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills for a diverse student population. Prior school-based experience is a plus. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families. Responsibilities /Duties:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Deliver direct therapy to students individually or in groups. Maintain thorough documentation of student progress, assessments, and services provided. Participate in special education meetings and multidisciplinary teams. Educate and consult with teachers and families to foster supportive learning environments. Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and licensure requirements.
