Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This exciting contract opportunity lets you make a real difference in students' lives while working within a vibrant school setting near Winchendon, MA. Whether you are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), your expertise will contribute to a positive and inclusive educational experience.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Eligible for, or possession of, Massachusetts SLP licensure SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills for speech/language disorders in children Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to supporting diverse student populationsKey Responsibilities:
Screen, assess, and identify students' speech and language challenges Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct interventions using evidence-based practices Track and document students' progress toward goals Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment Enjoy the support of an experienced team, exposure to a range of clinical scenarios, and the chance to help young students achieve meaningful communication milestones.
