Overview We are seeking a motivated Small Appliance Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for repairing and maintaining small household appliances, ensuring our customers receive top-quality service. Your expertise will help keep appliances running smoothly, delighting customers and supporting our reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and technical skills in a fast-paced, field service environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair small appliances such as refrigerators, mixers, vacuum cleaners, and other household equipment using schematics and mechanical knowledge Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and electrical wiring to troubleshoot issues accurately Perform appliance assembly, component replacement, and equipment repair with precision Conduct routine maintenance checks on appliances to prevent future failures Utilize a box truck for safe delivery and pickup of appliances when necessary Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction Document all service activities thoroughly in company systems and complete detailed reports on repairs performed Experience Proven experience as a service technician specializing in appliance repair or related field service roles Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals Electrical experience with troubleshooting wiring and electrical components effectively Familiarity with refrigeration systems and HVAC principles is a plus Delivery driver experience with box trucks or similar vehicles is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple service calls efficiently Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values technical expertise, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
