Overview The Client Service Manager is a fully functioning client-facing professional responsible for independently managing a book of business with simple to moderately complex needs. Delivering high-quality service throughout the entire client lifecycle, owns the full-service experience for assigned clients, handling renewals, coverage changes, and ongoing service requests providing strategic advisory support fosters strong client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction. How you'll make an impact
Client Ownership & Service Delivery:
- Successfully manages an assigned group of accounts by delivering consistent, highquality service and acting as a trusted advisor to provide thoughtful recommendations related to service needs, renewals, and coverage. Builds and maintains strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of client needs
Renewal & Account Growth:
- Full ownership of the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring solutions are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to client needs. Secures existing business through strong relationship management while actively identifying opportunities to expand coverage, enhance services, and grow additional lines of business through cross selling and account rounding
Risk Management & Advisory Support:
- Address client risk management needs and ensure appropriate solutions are implemented. Identifies service issues, coverage considerations, and potential exposures, providing advisoryfocused guidance and coverage recommendations to support informed client decisionmaking
Business Impact & Performance:
- Contributes directly to key business outcomes including client retention, client satisfaction, operating efficiency, and margin performance. Enhances the organization s value to clients through reliable service delivery and consultative support Complexity /
Autonomy:
Works independently on routine service needs within clearly defined guidelines Accounts assigned have predictable patterns and minimal variability Receives coaching and oversight for complex situations or first-time exposures Escalates nonstandard coverage questions, client concerns, or unusual service requests About You 1-2 years of prior insurance industry experience required Must possess an active P&C license or be in the process of obtaining a license within 90 days of employment in role Experience in customer service, insurance, or related field preferred. Prior experience issuing certificates of insurance, handling billing inquiries, or processing policy changes

Strong customer service and communication skills with an ability to build relationships High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn insurance concepts and technology and workforce management systems quickly Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle routine client situations professionally Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
