• Responsibilities Lead all kitchen operations, including menu design, recipe development, costing, and ingredient sourcing Develop a scratch‑kitchen menu featuring small plates, wood‑fired pizza, and Neapolitan‑style offerings Create dishes that pair with craft cocktails, whiskey, gin, and other distillery spirits Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and cleanliness Manage inventory, ordering, food safety compliance, and kitchen staff when applicable Bring fresh ideas and a passion for culinary innovation to a fast‑paced food‑truck environment Work independently and efficiently in a mobile kitchen setting Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills•Schedule Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and special events required.
