Smokehouse Operator Cajun Traditions Food Processors Church Point, LA Job Details Full-time 6 days ago Qualifications Safe work practices Interpersonal skills Smokehouses Production process auditing Production documentation Entry level Full Job Description We are looking for a 2nd-shift Smokehouse Operator to support our day-to-day business working in a manufacturing environment, smoking sausage and tasso. Our Smokehouse Operator responsibilities include working in a safe manner to smoke sausage and tasso Responsibilities
  • Use commercial Smokehouse to smoke sausage and tasso
  • Monitor operation of smokehouse and smoke generator
  • Monitor and record chill down temperatures of cooked product Requirements
  • Must be able to learn how to operate a touch screen to select products
  • Must be able to work late afternoons and evenings when needed
  • Must be a team player Details
  • 40 hours a week
  • Monday - Friday

Dependent on experience
