Duties Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, matcha drinks, and other café beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Toast/Square to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, answering questions about menu items and making personalized recommendations Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy using basic math skills for transactions and change-making Assist in food preparation tasks including ingredient measurement, blending, and food handling procedures Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling practices to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Requirements Previous barista or café experience is preferred, especially with smoothie or matcha beverage preparation Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast/ Square Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Food industry experience including serving, food preparation.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
