No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Operated and monitored surface mount technology (SMT) production equipment to ensure efficient assembly processes Performed setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance on automated manufacturing machinery Inspected circuit board assemblies for quality, accuracy, and compliance with production standards Conducted soldering, desoldering, and component rework on electronic assemblies as needed Read and interpreted work instructions, assembly drawings, and production documentation Identified and troubleshot assembly defects, placement issues, and soldering inconsistencies Maintained adherence to ESD and workplace safety procedures throughout production operations Verified component placement and materials before and during assembly runs Assisted with quality assurance checks and documentation of production results Collaborated with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines Performed routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of workstations and equipment Supported continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce defects Maintained organized inventory and accurate tracking of production materials Ensured finished assemblies met customer and internal quality requirements Used inspection and testing equipment to confirm functionality and assembly integrity SkillsSolderingpcb assemblyreworkBlueprintsassemblyTestingQualificationsYears of experience: 1 yearExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
