Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and engage with our online community to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty. Your expertise in social media management, digital marketing, and creative design will be essential in shaping our brand story and reaching diverse audiences. Join us to lead impactful campaigns that inspire, inform, and connect! Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers. Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals. Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities. Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for search engine visibility. Run targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and conversions. Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the public relations team to maintain positive brand reputation through proactive relationship management. Oversee graphic design projects utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for branding materials, advertisements, and visual storytelling. Engage in e-commerce initiatives by promoting products through social media channels and tracking campaign success metrics. Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency before publication. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, and photography to keep strategies fresh and effective. Qualifications Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; experience with Facebook Advertising is a plus. Skilled in graphic design and visual content creation using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of SEO techniques including keyword research and web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Ability to produce engaging videos through video editing software; experience with photography is desirable. Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management skills. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content. Familiarity with social listening tools and e-commerce platforms is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills combined with a proactive approach to digital marketing challenges. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
