Social Media and Marketing Manager

Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations, gather insights, and respond proactively to audience interactions. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and web traffic. Analyze web analytics with tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies. Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, press releases, and community engagement initiatives. Oversee social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and generating reports on campaign effectiveness. Maintain consistent branding across all channels while exploring innovative ways to incorporate video editing, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CANVA), and photography into marketing efforts. Build strong relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to expand our reach through relationship management strategies. Experience Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation, branding, and campaign management. Demonstrated proficiency in social listening tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), SEO techniques, and keyword research methods. Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus. Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and reporting purposes. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising strategies including Facebook Advertising campaigns. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content delivery. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
