Exercise sound judgment when creating and publishing content by considering how it may be perceived by employees, clients, referral partners, and potential future clients. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, viral formats, and emerging content styles, and thoughtfully adapt them in a professional and brand-appropriate way. Repurpose content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement. Assist in content planning, brainstorming, and maintaining the social media content calendar. Schedule and organize content within the firm's social media management platform. Collaborate with internal teams to highlight firm initiatives, employee stories, community involvement, recruiting efforts, and thought leadership. Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach. Work closely with the creative strategist and social media community manager to support broader marketing and branding initiatives.
